Terms & Conditions

About these terms
These terms apply to use of this website and to enquiries made through the website. A separate written booking agreement may apply when you book Say Ayee services.
Business contact
Say Ayee provides wedding planning, wedding coordination and event planning services. Contact us at weddings@sayayee.co.uk or 07482909976.
Business correspondence address: available on request by emailing weddings@sayayee.co.uk.
Website information
We try to keep website information accurate and up to date. Package descriptions and availability may change. Nothing on the website confirms a booking until Say Ayee has accepted it in writing and any required deposit or booking process has been completed.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. We will contact you to discuss your plans, availability, package options and next steps.
Confirmed bookings should be covered by a written agreement setting out the services, date, price, payment schedule, cancellation terms and any responsibilities for the client, venue or suppliers.
Payments, deposits and cancellations
Any deposit, payment deadline, cancellation charge or refund term should be confirmed in your booking agreement. If no separate written terms have been agreed, please contact Say Ayee before making a payment so the booking terms can be confirmed clearly.
Third-party suppliers
Where Say Ayee introduces or coordinates third-party suppliers, those suppliers may have their own terms, prices, deposits, cancellation rules and insurance. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, third-party supplier contracts are between the client and the supplier.
Portfolio, reviews and images
Images, reviews, copy, logos and other website materials belong to Say Ayee or the relevant rights holders. You must not copy, reuse or publish them without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Say Ayee is not responsible for website downtime, third-party website content, or losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by clients, venues or suppliers.
Changes
We may update these terms when services, website features or legal requirements change.
