Say Ayee provides wedding planning, wedding coordination and event planning services across Scotland, the UK and selected destinations.

If you become a client, we may also process information needed to plan and coordinate your wedding or event, such as supplier details, venue details, guest or schedule information and planning correspondence.

How we use your data

We use your personal data to respond to enquiries, discuss services, manage bookings, plan and coordinate events, keep business records and send service-related messages.

We do not sell your personal data.

We usually process enquiry and client data because it is necessary to take steps before entering into a contract or to provide contracted services. Who we share data with

We may share relevant details with suppliers, venues or service providers where needed to respond to your enquiry or deliver wedding and event services. We also use trusted technology providers to host the website, store enquiries and send enquiry confirmation emails.

The website is hosted using Cloudflare services. Enquiry confirmation emails are sent using Brevo when configured.

How long we keep data

Enquiry data is kept only for as long as needed to respond, follow up and keep appropriate business records. Client records may be kept for longer where needed for contracts, accounting, legal or insurance reasons.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to how your personal data is used. You can contact us at weddings@sayayee.co.uk to make a request.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect enquiry and admin data. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through the enquiry form.
